GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. requests that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully, prior to using the website.

These Terms and Conditions determine the rules for using the GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd., website and establish the respective contractual rules.

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd., with the TIN 513 758 780, has its headquarters at Aldeamento Mira Villas Edifício Pátio 1º, 3070-743 Praia de Mira.

The conditions presented here are the only ones applicable, except in the event of the existence of prior agreements, subscribed by GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

By connecting to the website www.goodplastic.pt, the customer undertakes to respect these terms and conditions. Thus, the navigation or purchase of any product on the website implies acceptance of the conditions.

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. is responsible for the marketing of all products that make up its online store.

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. reserves the right to change the present conditions of use, without prior notice, as well as modify at any time the information and offer presented on products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.

The consumer must supply GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd., as a seller, an email or postal address, or other contact details, which are correct and complete and you accept that GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. can contact you through these data, if deemed appropriate.

GOODPLASTIC PRODUCTS

The website www.goodplastic.pt is intended for private use only, so the reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of the online store, without prior authorization, is prohibited for any purpose other than strictly personal use.

The introduction of third party links for commercial purposes or without the prior authorization of GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd., is strictly prohibited as well as the use of the www.goodplastic.pt domain will be subject to recourse to the available legal means.

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. is not responsible for links or content from other websites that may eventually allow access to the online store. 

COMERCIAL POLICY

In the event that the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer reserves the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract under the applicable legal terms.

The photographs presented on the website are merely illustrative.

Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Despite GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. keeping all information up to date, some products may contain an incorrect price, so we check prices whenever we process orders. In this event, the customer will always be notified. If the price of the product is lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will inform the customer by email and await his decision to accept the new proposal or cancel the order.

The validation of the purchase or order request assumes that the customer is aware of and accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the website www.goodplastic.pt.

OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS AND USERS

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal data communicated to GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. and undertakes to immediately insert and inform any changes via e-mail geral@goodplastic.pt

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. disclaims any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order due to error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the customer.

ONLINE ORDERING

To place an order in the online store just follow the following steps:

  • Browse the pages of GoodPlastic's online store and find the product (s) you want to purchase.
  • Add your favorite products to the shopping basket using the add to cart button.
  • Once you understand that you have already chosen all the items you want to purchase, complete the purchase by clicking Checkout.
  • Then fill in your personal data using the form.
  • Then, select the payment method
  • Review your order
  • Proceed to payment, confirming the order
  • Finally, you will receive an order confirmation via email
  • When selecting the Exit button, at the end of the purchase process, your order is confirmed and you only have to wait for the days foreseen for the postal delivery of the pieces.

In case of non-confirmation of payment or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. reserves the right not to accept your order and to cancel it in whole or in part. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. only processes an order after confirmation of the respective payment, so you cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the mentioned processing.

In the ordering process you will find the estimated date for shipping the products, after payment confirmation. Of course, the estimated time may vary depending on the carrier and destination of the order.

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. will only ship orders on working days. In this way, in the order delivery estimate, weekends and / or holidays are not counted.

The satisfaction of all orders placed on the website is subject to product availability. GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are available in stock. However, GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products not available in stock. In case of stock break GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. will inform the customer of the partial or total cancellation of its order, and the buyer is entitled to a refund of the respective amount paid.

ORDER CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION

If the ordered products are no longer available at the time of your last access to the website, despite having obtained an order confirmation, GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. will inform the customer within 5 days of their unavailability.

If you have placed an order and the respective payment, for products that, in the meantime, were unavailable, GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltm. will refund the amount paid for unavailable items.

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. is exempt from liability for any damages or costs and reserves the right to refuse any order, regardless of the reason, as well as to cancel any purchase that has already been accepted or confirmed, namely in the following situations:

  • Information contained in the invoice is not correct or verifiable;
  • The order is flagged as incorrect or irregular;
  • When payment for the order is not received within a period of 3 working days following acceptance of the order;
  • When it is not possible to deliver the order to the address provided by the customer;
  • If there is an error in the presentation of the price of the products;
  • If the order comes from a reseller; 

PAYMENT CONDITIONS AND SECURITY GUARANTEES

Payment methods are presented at www.goodplastic.pt.

No payment methods other than those mentioned are acceptable.

You are advised not to attempt to make payment by any means other than those specified. If tried, GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. is not responsible for the loss of payment or any other damages that may result.

PROPERTY RESERVE OF COMMERCIALIZED PRODUCTS

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. owns the brand products until it has received full payment for all these products.

PRICES

The prices of the products shown in www.goodplastic.pt do not contain Value Added Tax (VAT).

The total price specified in the final purchase menu includes taxes and shipping costs.

Shipping charges are calculated per order, the exact shipping charge price will depend on the location provided by the customer for the delivery of the order.

Prices are all broken down in Euros and any change in the country of delivery of the order may have an influence on prices, due to transport costs. 

QUALITY AND GUARANTEE

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. only sells high quality products and will never resell second-hand products, defective or of inferior quality to the standards existing in the market.

The products offered for sale may not correspond exactly to the actual product with regard to the image displayed and in color, especially due to the internet browser and monitor used.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERIES

Products ordered from the online store will be shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday through Friday.

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. only guarantees the good delivery of an order if the shipping address of the products is well indicated.

A delivery is considered to be made or a product delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

The shipping costs associated with your orders are billed by order, that is, in the event of ordering more than one item, you will only pay the shipping costs once.

In Portugal, deliveries will be free for purchases equal to or greater than 250 Euros.

In purchases below this value, shipping costs will be charged, upon prior budget.

For purchases from all European Union countries (except Portugal), delivery charges will be charged, subject to prior budget.

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging and its products in order to ascertain any damage. In case of any kind of damage, the customer should not accept the order, which must be returned immediately through the return mechanism, by contacting GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. by email (geral@goodplastic.pt).

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. will proceed to the refund of the amounts paid for the order and respective transport as soon as, at its headquarters, it receives and completes the return process.

After confirming your order, GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. undertakes to proceed with the shipment, defining the following delivery times:

            - In mainland Portugal, within 5 working days.

            - In the archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores and in Spain, between 5 to 10 working days.

            - In the European Union (except Portugal and Spain), approximately 5 to 20 working days.

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. will not be responsible for non-compliance, or delays in the fulfillment, of any shipping obligation that is due to an event of force majeure, that is, an event or act beyond its reasonable control.

RESPONSIBILITY

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltm. will only be responsible for the damages suffered by the client in the event that such damages result from violations attributable to the contractual obligations towards the client or in the event that the liability results from the applicable legal law.

If the customer has suffered damage related to the activity of the website, the responsibility of GoodPlastic, Unip. LC. will be limited to damage to the products and to reasonable and verifiable costs incurred by the customer, due to the breach by the customer, of these Terms and Conditions.

Todos os produtos comercializados pela GoodPlastic, Unip. Lda. estão em conformidade com a legislação portuguesa e comunitária.

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. refuses any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is up to the customer to check with the local authorities the conditions for importing or using the products they wish to order.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All content presented on the website www.goodplastic.pt is strictly reserved under the terms of copyright as well as intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction or total or partial representation of the website www.goodplastic.pt, of the elements included in it is strictly prohibited.

If the user wishes to use information or materials from the website, he needs to obtain a prior written authorization and granted by GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd..

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Pursuant to Law 144/2015, of 08/09, in the event of a dispute the consumer may resort to an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity.

The consumer reserves the possibility of free termination of the contract, without incurring any costs, within the legal period of 14 days, as provided for in paragraph. b) of no. 1 of article 10 and other forms, provided for in DL 24/2014, of 14/02, by sending the model de Livre Resolução, constante da parte B do anexo ao presente decreto-lei ou através de qualquer outra declaração inequívoca de resolução do contrato.

CHANGE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

GoodPlastic, Unip. Ltd. has the right to change these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The customer is subject to the principles and terms in force at the time of ordering, unless the law or competent authority imposes any changes to them.
